Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be charged the same day they are placed, and will move to processing within 48 business hours of the order being placed.
  • You will get a tracking number. It might not update tracking as processing and transit times are different.
  • Due to high volume, address changes, order cancellations, and order changes will not be accepted and or granted after an order is placed.
  • We process the label first, then your order moves to picking and packing.

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. THIS MEANS ON HIGHER VOLUME DAYS, IT CAN TAKE US A LITTLE LONGER TO SHIP YOUR ORDER.
WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND WORK AS HARD AS WE CAN TO MOVE SHIPMENTS OUT THE DOOR. YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL UPDATE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL AND ASK WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP UNTIL AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS.THIS IS VERY RARE FOR US BUT IT DOES HAPPEN.


  • We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
  •  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for USPS / UPS shipments. 
  • Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in the case of an incorrect address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
  • Unless otherwise noted, KRS & Co., Inc does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees / taxes beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate on these costs because it varies widely depending on the receiving county. It is the buyers responsibility to be familiar with these fees / taxes before purchase.
  • We have the right to cancel orders at any time due to any reason.
  • We may use information provided to contact the customer / buyer if there is a problem with an order.
  • Questions about our shipping policy should be sent to us at support@declansminingco.com Gem Safe - Shipping Insurance* provides guaranteed protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. 

If a package is lost or stolen you will be responsible for filing a police report and sending in a picture of that report to support@declansminingco.com when you file your lost or stolen package claim. 

 For damaged packages, Declan's Mining Co. will require pictures of the damaged products as well as pictures of the box and the original order number or picture of the packing slip. 

* Automatically added to your cart at checkout, if you choose to opt out of Gem Safe - Shipping Insurance, you have released Declan's Mining Co. of all shipping/damage liability. This will make you responsible for all costs pertaining to replacing or shipping your original order.
