What age groups do you cater to for birthday parties?
We typically host parties for children ages of 5-10 but really any age can enjoy parties at Declan's.
What types of parties do you offer?
We offer one exciting party package filled with hands-on mining fun, a take-home quart-size bucket, rock painting, pizza, and more. You can customize it with fun add-ons like geode cracking, bracelet making, and dino dig favors!
How Early can I come set up?
2 adults are able to enter in 10 minutes prior to the party to set up if desired.
What is the typical duration of a birthday party at your store?
Our standard party package is 2 hours long.
What is included in a typical party package?
Each party package includes custom invitations, mining at the sluice, a take-home quart-size bucket for every guest, rock painting, 2 large cheese pizzas, juice boxes or water, utensils, and 2 hours of dedicated party space with party host(s).
How many children can I invite to a party?
Our standard party package includes up to 12 people. You can invite additional guests for $35 per person, with a maximum of 16 participants total.
What is your availability for birthday parties?
We can host birthday parties during the week and weekends, please see our booking link to see what days are available.
How far in advance should I book a party?
We suggest booking 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
When booking a party you will pay a deposit - deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within a certain timeframe (7 days) may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a credit for future use.

What information do you need to book a party?
We'll need your preferred date and time, the number of guests and your contact information.
What is the deposit required to book a party?
We require a $50 deposit for all parties that is non refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due the day of the party.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We allow outside cake/cupcakes, but all other food and drinks must be purchased through us.
Do you provide food for the party?
We provide pizza for parties.
Do you provide party favors?
You can purchase party favors through us or you can bring your own.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes! We encourage it!
Do you have a party host to manage the activities?
YES! We will provide a party host!
What kind of activities do you offer during the party?
The kids will be able to build their own mining bucket and then mine a bucket after ( we will adjust this when confirmed what parties we will offer).
Do you have a dedicated party area?
YES! We do.
Is there parking available?
Yes, We have designated parking spots available.
Are there any age restrictions for specific activities?
Children under 4 will need to do the activities with an adult.
